Lia Duffy

William Smith Swimming and Diving

At the RPI Invitational, Duffy finished second in the 100-yard freestyle, fifth in the 200 individual medley, and swam the fastest leadoff leg in the 400 free relay. She missed a victory in the 100 by 0.09 seconds, touching the wall in a time of 56.08. Her 200 IM time was 2:22.12. Duffy led her relay to a third place showing with a leadoff time of 56.48.

Marty Ausserhofer

Hobart Ice Hockey

Ausserhofer posted 20 saves on Saturday en route to his first career shutout in a 4-0 victory over the Potsdam Bears. On Tuesday, he turned aside 20 of the 22 shots he faced as Hobart toppled Buffalo State 4-2. Ausserhofer’s 1.95 GAA ranks first in the ECAC West while his .923 save percentage is second in the conference. He has also leads the league in winning percentage (.750, 9-3-0).
