A two-time All-Academic selection, Colburn led the Statesmen with 39 points (21g, 18a) this season. The second team All-ECAC pick finished his career with 64 goals and 48 assists for 112 points. Among Division I Statesmen, Colburn ranks fifth in career assists, sixth in career points, and eighth in career goals.
Curtin is also a two-time All-Academic pick. He was second on the team with 34 points (21, 13).
Doldo was Hobart's top faceoff specialist until an injury robbed him of the final five games of the season. He won 54.7 of the restarts he took (70-of-128). Doldo also plays linebacker for the Statesmen football team.
Suits is making his second straight appearance on the All-Academic squad. He recorded 12 points (8, 4) this season.
Evans, Hurley, and Silberlicht all played key roles in the success of the Hobart defense this season. The Statesmen ranked 10th in the nation in scoring defense, allowing just 7.86 goals per game.
Evans was third on the team with 33 ground balls, raising his career total to 91.
Hurley played in 40 games over the past four seasons, collecting 16 ground balls.
Silberlicht was one of the top goalies in the nation this season. He was fifth in Division I with a .613 save percentage and 10th with a Hobart season record 7.92 goals against average. Silberlicht was twice named the conference's defensive player of the week this year.
To be selected to the team, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average through at least four semesters of work at his current institution, be a significant contributor to his team and have participated in at least 50 percent of the games (33 percent of the minutes for goalies).
Hobart finished the season with a 7-7 overall record. The Statesmen counted a pair of triumphs over top-20 teams among their seven wins, a 7-2 victory over then No. 20 Bucknell and a 15-8 defeat of then No. 11 Georgetown.
