Eight members of the William Smith College lacrosse team earned a spot on the 2010 Liberty League Women's Lacrosse All-Academic Team.

To be eligible for the all-academic team, student-athletes must have a full year of attendance at their institution, and carry at least a 3.2 cumulative grade point average.

The following Herons were named to the team:

• Sophomore Christine Abramo, Spanish and Hispanic studies major
• Senior Brittany Callaghan, economics and international relations double major
• Junior Cassie Findlay, French and Francophone studies major*
• Sophomore Callie Frelinghuysen, undeclared
• Junior Kara Grogan, political science and history double major*
• Sophomore Lucy Johnson, undeclared
• Sophomore Rosie Scheibel, undeclared
• Sophomore Katherine Vesce, undeclared
  

The Herons wrapped the year with an 8-7 overall record, and finished fifth in the Liberty League with a 4-4 mark.
