For the third week in a row, the William Smith College rowing team's varsity eight has been recognized as the Liberty League Boat of the Week. The Herons finished a program best fifth out of 29 crews in the collegiate eights event at the Head of the Charles on Sunday.
William Smith covered the 5,000-meter course in 17:34.92. The Herons rowed through conference rival St. Lawrence (14th) and also bested New York State crews from Ithaca (15th), Hamilton (19th), and Army (21st). William Smith's entry was powered by
