For the second time this season, the Hobart rowing team's second varsity eight was named the Liberty League Boat of the Week. The Statesmen won a bronze medal at the Head of the Fish regatta on Saturday.
 
In the men's collegiate JV 8+ event, Hobart covered the 3,400-meter course in 11:13.53, trailing only Williams and Wesleyan. The boat was powered by Sarah Tanzer, Chris DePaola, Nicholas Baca, Michael Cichelli, Nick Hindle, Nick Faiello, Jordan Mueller, Chris Troy, and Michael Copacino.
 
Hobart will wrap up its fall racing schedule on Saturday, Nov. 5, when the Statesmen compete in the Syracuse Invitational.
