Thompson finished the game with 14 points, three steals, and five assists. In Liberty League victories over Bard and Vassar this past weekend, he averaged 11.5 ppg, 2.0 steals, and 4.0 assists.
Bonney's dunk was two of 15 points he threw down against the Raptors. He was named a Liberty League Men's Basketball Peformer of the Week for his effort in Statesmen victories over RIT, Vassar, and Bard. Bonney averaged 19.3 ppg and 7.7 rpg, including a career-high 23-point performance in Tuesday night's victory over the Tigers. A starter in all 15 games this season, he is averaging 12.7ppg and 6.3 rpg.
Hobart (13-2, 6-0) will hit the road for a pair of conference games this weekend. On Friday, Jan. 27, the Statesmen travel to Troy, N.Y., where they will square off against Rensselaer. Tipoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. On Saturday, Jan. 28, Hobart will head to Saratoga Springs, N.Y., for a 4 p.m. tip at Skidmore.
