Eight members of the Hobart College football team were recognized as members of the 2012 Liberty League All-Academic Team.
To be eligible, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher and be at least a sophomore academically.
The following Statesmen earned a spot on the squad:

It's the third straight year Nordin, Strang and Zapp have earned all-academic honors from the Liberty League. Green received all-academic accolades for the second year in a row. In addition, Strang, Zapp and Green were named to the 2012 Capital One Academic All-District 3 Team this fall, and Green went on to garner Capital One Academic All-America second team honors.
Hobart completed its first undefeated regular season since 1957 and produced a school record 12 wins against just a single loss. The Statesmen advanced to the NCAA quarterfinals for the first time in program history. Hobart won its eighth Liberty League Championship with an unblemished 7-0 record.
