Seven members of the Hobart College rowing team secured a spot on the 2013-14 Liberty League All-Academic Team. It's the most student-athletes recognized for the league champion Statesmen since 2011 when 10 were honored.
To be eligible for All-Academic honors, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.2. The following Hobart student-athletes earned a place on the team:

- Sam Menchel, So., International Relations
- Nicholas Muller, Jr., History
- Erica Stuke, Jr., Economics and International Relations
- Patrick Ware, So., Chemistry and Environmental Studies
Both Muller and Stuke are making their second straight appearance on the team.
Hobart captured its ninth consecutive Liberty League championship, winning gold medals in the varsity eight and second varsity eight. All four Statesmen crews medaled at the New York State Championships, securing gold medals in the varsity eight, second varsity eight, and third varsity eight. Hobart earned three additional medals at the ECAC National Invitational Rowing Championships, including its first ever gold in the varsity eight. The Statesmen's top three crews participated in the IRA National Championships, another first for the program, with the varsity eight finishing 19th, the second varsity eight taking 21st, and the third varsity eight placing 17th.
