The No. 2 William Smith College soccer team will host an NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Championship sectional on Saturday, Nov. 18 and Sunday, Nov. 19, on Cozzens Field.
 
The Herons (19-1-0) will face No. 14 Ohio Northern (19-1-2) in a third round match on Saturday, Nov. 18 at 11 a.m. on Cozzens Field. The Polar Bears defeated No. 20 Illinois Wesleyan 2-0 yesterday for a spot in the third round.
 
The second game on Saturday will feature No. 8 Carnegie Mellon (15-2-2) and No. 3 Hardin Simmons (21-0-0) at 1:30 p.m. The Tartans edged Arcadia 1-0 in their second round match, and the Cowgirls defeated No. 9 Trinity (Texas) 3-2 to earn their spot in the third round. Saturday's advancing teams will meet in the quarterfinals on Sunday, Nov. 19 at 1 p.m., for a spot in the national semifinals.
