Patricia Price Genovese Lacrosse Award



The Patricia Price Genovese Award is presented annually to the lacrosse team's most valuable player.

The award honors the first head coach in the history of the Heron lacrosse program, Pat Price Genovese. On the lacrosse field, she led William Smith to a 385-158-1 record that included 29 winning seasons, 16 NCAA Championship bids, 11 national semifinal appearances, and five NCAA championship games. Genovese was inducted into the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2009.
