This award is presented annually to the student-athlete who has participated throughout the season and has had to persevere through injury. It honors the memory of Joe Abraham, professor, trainer, and athletic director from 1946-81. He was inducted into the Hobart College Athletic Hall of Fame on April 22, 1988. This award was endowed through the generous loyalty of Dr. John H. Stelter, retired Hobart College Team physician.
