The Hobart College lacrosse team will open its 115th season with a pair of home games in nearby Victor, N.Y., on the indoor field at the Pinnacle Athletic Campus. The Statesmen begin the campaign at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11 against Penn State University and then host Siena College the following Saturday at 2 p.m.
 
Ticket sales for both the Penn State and Siena games will be conducted online only. Tickets are $10 each (plus a handling fee) and go on sale to the public on Monday, Feb. 6.

Spectator capacity at Pinnacle is 1,500. There is limited amount of seating with most of the facility's capacity comprised of standing room.
 
Pinnacle will be a backup site for Hobart's home games against Cornell (Feb. 25) and Georgetown (March 11) should weather conditions require the game be played indoors.
 
Hobart's 14-game schedule features nine home games this year, including night games against Canisius (March 14) and Syracuse (April 5). The game against the Orange will be televised by Time Warner Cable Sports Channel/Spectrum Sports.
 
The Statesmen are coming off a 10-7 2016 season that saw them win the Northeast Conference Championship Tournament, earning an NCAA tournament berth. Hobart's 2017 NEC slate will begin at home on March 18 against Wagner.
 
All Hobart games will be broadcast live on WEOS-FM (89.5/90.3 in Geneva).
